Contest Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Pre-opening Contest (hereinafter “Contest”) organized by LAPO beauty center! Before participating in our Contest and winning one of our fabulous prizes, please carefully read the participation conditions below. By participating in the Contest, you agree to comply with these conditions.
1. Eligibility
To participate in the Contest, you must be of legal age and domiciled in Switzerland, have internet access and a valid email address. Only one participation per person (same name/surname and same address) is authorized for the entire duration of the Contest.
2. Contest Duration
The Contest will begin on April 16, 2024 at 10:00 AM (local Swiss time) and end on June 24, 2024 at 6:00 PM (local Swiss time). All entries received after the end of the Contest period will not be considered.
3. Contest Participation
To validate your participation in the Contest, you must provide your surname, first name, and email address, confirm that you are of legal age, and accept the participation conditions.
4. Contest Prizes
All participants are guaranteed to win one of the offered prizes. However, please note that prizes are not exchangeable or convertible to cash or other goods. Prizes are valid at our LAPO center in Geneva:
- Skin diagnosis
- Tote bag
- Invitation for 2 people to the center’s inauguration
- Voucher for a gentle peeling session
5. Winner Notification
Prizes will be randomly distributed among all participants. Winners will be immediately notified by email at the address provided during their participation. Winners must use their prize within the validity period mentioned in the conditions of the won prize. In case of non-use within the allotted time, the prize is no longer valid and can therefore no longer be used.
6. Personal Data Confidentiality
Participants’ personal data will be retained by LAPO (legal name to be specified) for the duration indicated in the Data Protection Statement for LAPO and its current or future subsidiaries. By participating in the Contest, you consent to receive promotional communications from LAPO. You may unsubscribe at any time.
7. General Terms
LAPO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest at any time at its sole discretion. LAPO’s decisions regarding the Contest, including selected winners, are final and no correspondence will be exchanged on this matter.
8. Swiss Law
This Contest is subject to Swiss law. Any dispute arising from this Contest will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Swiss courts.
